Being a landowner and Alberta corporate shareholder may provide special privileges. There may be "grandfathered" rights to landowners in Alberta's new constitution, yet unpublished.
Landowners and corporate shareholders may qualify more easily for dual passports and dual citizenship to the new Alberta Republic.
Become a partner in Alberta Land Consortium Inc. It is quick and easy to do, and you will have your share certificate in your hands in less than two weeks if you act today.
The total cost is One Thousand ($1,000.00 CAD) Canadian Dollars. Here is what you get:
1). Share Certificate for ONE (1) Class "A" Preferred non-voting share in a certified and registered Alberta corporation known as Alberta Land Consortium Inc.
2). A permanent Alberta address.
3). Free mail forwarding back to you, wherever you live in Canada or around the world.
1). Your share becomes your lifetime asset, it is sellable, tradable, and willable to future generations. Your heirs can own a piece of Alberta forever at no cost other than your initial purchase price.
2). Shares are fully refundable on their fifth anniversary if Alberta has not seceded from Canada.
3). There will never be more than 10,000 Class "A" Preferred non-voting shares.
4). You automatically become a partner in any and all real estate purchases or other corporate assets acquired by the company.
5). You are allowed to hold shares "in trust" for minors, so the whole family can be involved.
6). Holders of ten or more shares are invited to sit on the board of directors for the corporation for the purpose of selecting real estate projects for the corporation to acquire.

4). As a certified shareholder, all future trips made by you from your home to anywhere in Alberta become a tax write-off if you are scouting for or researching land parcels or other possible acquisitions for your company. You are an owner.
For all referrals that shareholders provide, who also become shareholders in Alberta Land Consortium Inc. prior to the referendum, (currently scheduled for October 19, 2026) that referring shareholder will receive FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars in cash.
What that means is that if you bring a friend, your share can be half price. If you bring two friends, your share becomes free.
